Job Summary
The Water Resources Department Manager will lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians while providing technical guidance and mentorship. The role involves ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget, fostering client relationships, and managing fiscal performance. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, be a Professional Engineer (PE), and possess strong leadership and project management skills. Exceptional organizational capabilities and familiarity with engineering software are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE)
- Demonstrated success in managing large and/or complex Water Resources engineering projects
- Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools for design and analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in personnel management and leadership with a strong track record of guiding teams to deliver high-quality results
- Strong client management capabilities with proven ability to develop and maintain new client relationships
- Valid Driver's License

- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 15 years of experience in water resources engineering
