Water Remediation Operations Manager

Job Summary
Lead and develop the residential water remediation team by overseeing daily scheduling, staffing, and job execution. Ensure restoration projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards while coaching field technicians and crew leaders. Monitor quality control, productivity, and customer satisfaction, and coordinate with dispatch, sales, and other departments for smooth operations. Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies while driving department performance through training, accountability, and continuous improvement. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management of field personnel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential water restoration experience
- Previous experience managing water restoration crews and field operations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience scheduling crews and managing multiple restoration projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of water mitigation equipment, drying processes, and industry best practices
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD)
- IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
