Job Summary
Monitor safe water quality of park attractions by adding chemicals to pools, calibrating monitoring systems, and responding quickly to recover water quality issues during operating hours. Complete daily documentation for ride inspections, hourly chemical logs, and closing inspections while assisting with daily operations, startup, and shutdown of water attractions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, enforce waterpark standards, and support maintenance whenever needed. Work in wet, humid, or extreme heat conditions with varying schedules including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- Valid current driver's license
- Must be able to communicate effectively with the public and other team members in verbal and written form
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Due to the cyclical nature of the industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the waterpark including weekends & holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in pool maintenance preferred
