Job Summary
Organize incoming deliveries of water coolers and jugs, distribute them per Banquet Event Orders, and set up water bars. Maintain storage areas by ensuring equipment is properly placed on racks, shelves, or pallets, and verify quantities received or distributed while recording shortages and damages. Communicate maintenance concerns to management, fill requisitions and work orders, and maintain consistent communication regarding par levels with department Directors, Managers, and Supervisors. Perform end-of-show duties including returning coolers and jugs to designated areas, cleaning, and inventorying equipment. Use proper methods when operating warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and follow directions from Managers or Warehouse Leads. This role remains open until October 23, 2026, with pay at $16.12 per CBA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- sufficient math ability to accurately add, subtract, divide, multiply, and perform other basic business math calculations
- Understand written and oral direction and communicate effectively with others
- good organizational skills
- ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
- Ability to collaborate with other team members
- pleasant personality and adhere to uniform standards policy
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment; have a sense of urgency
- Must be able to work various shifts and hours to include holidays and weekends
- Ability to take tasks that are not clearly defined and appropriately define problems, propose, and implement solutions
