Job Summary
Monitor safe passage of members entering the Waterpark and those using pool slides while enforcing all safety rules and regulations. Provide crowd control or assist with clearing pools during emergencies. Greet guests, offer directions, and maintain professional relationships by promoting the center's activities and services. Perform assigned general facility maintenance and cleaning duties. Wear standard apparel, attend required staff meetings and training, and uphold the Salvation Army's mission of spiritual, emotional, and physical regeneration. Complete Waterslide Rules Training on the first day of employment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Must complete Waterslide Rules Training on the first day of employment
- Must be able to lift and carry 45 pounds or more
- Must understand and support The Salvation Army's mission as a church and a social services organization

- Able to solve problems and peacefully resolve conflict
- Ability and willingness to verbally communicate with a diverse audience (i.e., age, gender, ethnicity, physical ability, etc.) and provide directions
