Water Mitigation Technician

Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Prepare rooms and set up staging areas for restoration work while performing demo as needed. Communicate with the crew chief regarding customer needs and concerns, following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order. Perform end-of-day cleanup and breakdown to leave job sites clean and orderly. Maintain a clean vehicle, equipment, warehouse, and office areas as required. This role responds to water damage claims across Metro Detroit, Saginaw/Midland, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Chicago, and Miami. Crews of two respond to service calls, with opportunities for career training and certification.
