Water Mitigation Technician

Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies for each project. Prepare rooms and set up staging areas, then perform production processes following SERVPRO guidelines per crew chief directions. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and job site, including end-of-day cleanup and breakdown. Communicate clearly with the crew chief regarding customer needs and concerns while understanding safety and risk management protocols. Support crew chief and other production personnel as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas. Respond to service calls as part of crews of two, beginning the claim process, determining scope of work, performing demo as needed, and conducting daily monitoring and diary notes.
