Job Summary
Conduct customer service interactions, explain restoration processes, and provide top-tier service. Operate drying and extraction equipment to handle water mitigation, documenting all work clearly. Remove non-structural elements such as drywall, flooring, and fixtures during light demo tasks. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses. Full-time role with rotating emergency response coverage. Competitive pay of $22–$27/hr plus on-call bonuses, health insurance, and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in restoration, construction, or a related field

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
