Job Summary
Retrieves work orders, checks routes, loads equipment, and arrives at job sites to inspect and scope water mitigation projects. Completes assigned jobs according to company processes, maintains quality control within budget, and creates estimates using Xactimate software. Monitors active residential and commercial jobs, interfaces with adjusters and customers to resolve issues, and explains drying processes. Documents losses with photos, uploads records to the operating system, and prepares documentation for insurance reimbursement. Performs quality assurance inspections, obtains customer signatures, and may train new technicians. Requires an on-call schedule and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
- Working on-call schedule
- Experience managing teams of 2 or more
- Experience with entering data using a tablet or mobile phone
- Strong verbal and written and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- College degree
- Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and or construction industry
- Exhibit professionalism, maturity, and the willingness to serve the customer
- ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician
- FSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician
- OCT – Odor Control Technician
- WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician
