Job Summary
Manage water mitigation projects by retrieving work orders, inspecting sites, and loading equipment for residential and commercial jobs. Complete assigned tasks within budget, scope jobs onsite, and create estimates using Xactimate software. Document losses with photos, communicate with customers and adjusters, and explain drying processes. Perform quality assurance inspections, obtain signatures, and prepare reimbursement documentation. Train new technicians and manage resources while working an on-call schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Able to work independently or work with/lead a team
- Experience managing teams of 2 or more
- Experience with entering data using a tablet or mobile phone
- Strong verbal and written and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
- Working on-call schedule
Desired Qualifications
- College degree
- Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and or construction industry
- Exhibit professionalism, maturity, and the willingness to serve the customer
- Certifications: ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician
- Certifications: FSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician
- Certifications: OCT – Odor Control Technician
- Certifications: WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician
