Job Summary
Retrieves work orders, checks routes for travel, and ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded for job sites. Completes assigned water mitigation projects according to company processes while maintaining quality control within budget. Inspects and scopes jobs onsite, documents losses with photos, and writes estimates using Xactimate and carrier audit standards. Interfaces with adjusters and customers to resolve issues, explains drying processes, and obtains customer signatures for payment approval. May train new technicians and performs quality assurance inspections after job completion. Requires an on-call schedule and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to work independently or work with/lead a team
- Experience managing teams of 2 or more
- Experience with entering data using a tablet or mobile phone
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
- Working on-call schedule
Desired Qualifications
- College degree
- Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and or construction industry
- Exhibit professionalism, maturity, and the willingness to serve the customer
- ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician certification
- FSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician certification
- OCT – Odor Control Technician certification
- WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician certification
