Job Summary
Lead Water Mitigation Tech responsible for initiating and guiding restoration projects on-site: loading and transporting equipment, inspecting and scoping jobs with PM/Lead Tech, creating or reviewing estimates (Xactimate), documenting loss with photos, communicating with customers and adjusters, training new technicians, performing QA inspections, and ensuring timeliness and quality within budget. Requires experience managing teams of 2+, strong communication, ability to work on-call, and knowledge of insurance restoration. Certifications such as ASD, FSRT, OCT, or WRT are preferred. Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 70 lbs. Responsibilities include using mobile devices for data entry, coordinating with clients and insurers, and preparing documentation to secure reimbursements.
Required Qualifications

- Experience managing teams of 2 or more
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with data entry on tablets or mobile devices
- Ability to work independently or lead a team
- On-call work prerequisites
