Job Summary
Water Mitigation Lead Tech responsible for overseeing restoration projects from job initiation through completion. Duties include reviewing work orders and routes, ensuring appropriate equipment and supplies, performing on-site scope and estimates using Xactimate, communicating with customers and adjusters, training technicians, and maintaining quality control within budget. Must have strong knowledge of insurance restoration, be able to lead a team, and effectively explain the drying process and next steps to customers.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience managing teams of 2 or more
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Experience in insurance restoration or construction industry
- Able to work independently or lead a team
- On-call schedule experience
