Water Microbiology Laboratory Technician

Prepare and analyze water samples using good laboratory practice, including handling, temperature control, and storage to maintain sample integrity. Perform calibrations, daily checks, and other quality-related tasks while maintaining accurate records and complying with documented SOPs and safety procedures. Assist in the efficient day-to-day operation of the laboratory by preparing consumables, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean, tidy environment. Report anomalies to your direct report and provide high-level customer care. Full training is provided, with no previous experience necessary. This role operates Wednesday to Saturday, 08:00 to 16:00, for 30 hours per week.
