Job Summary
Installs, inspects, tests, repairs, and maintains residential and commercial water meters up to 1 inch. Uses Beacon software to monitor meter performance, analyze data, and support maintenance activities. Performs meter-related field operations, responds to customer service requests, completes work orders, and assists in maintaining the water distribution system. Requires outdoor work, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, basic tools proficiency, and effective communication; bilingual Spanish is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Read, write, and communicate effectively in English
