Job Summary
Water Management Operator responsible for operating and maintaining frac water services equipment from rig-up through operation, unloading/assembling equipment, setting up service units, monitoring water levels in frac tanks, operating transfer pumps and discharge manifolds, handling hoses (3", 4", 6", 8"), operating filtration units, performing basic routine equipment maintenance, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Role requires familiarity with safety policies, performing Job Safety Analyses, reporting hazards, attending safety training, and meeting physical demands (lifting heavy loads) while working in field environments and potentially rotating shifts; 75% travel depending on job site; on-site, field-based position in El Reno, OK.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Willing to travel 75% depending on job site
- Submit to pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening
- Able and willing to work rotating shift schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Able and willing to work in inclement weather, climb structures, work at heights, and in enclosed spaces
- Able and willing to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience or ability to operate and maintain frac water services equipment
