Job Summary
Service commercial and residential customers by resolving challenging drain cleaning and preventive maintenance issues using high-pressure water jetting equipment. Perform line locating, provide repair estimates, and execute services while moving levers and pedals to operate the truck and water jetting system. Build the commercial customer base by visiting target clients for preventative maintenance agreements. Document weekly receipts, invoices, and expenses with branch accounting personnel. Maintain the truck by recharging batteries, filling fuel, and cleaning vehicle parts. Requires a valid driver's license, DOT license for pull-behind machines, and 1-2 years of water jetting experience.
Required Qualifications
- For branches using a pull-behind jet machine, a DOT license
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Individuals must be able to speak and write in English
- Valid driver's license
- 1-2 years of water jetting experience
- grasping, pushing, and pulling of hose
- squatting, bending, and twisting to safely and effectively water jetting system
- Manual dexterity to use basic tools such as screwdriver, wrench, hammer
