Job Summary
Conduct daily training on Army water production and distribution systems, including the 3K ROWPU, TWDS, and WSDS. Demonstrate deployment, setup, operation, tear down, and recovery of purification systems while maintaining equipment at 10-level/operator-level maintenance per AR 750-1. Validate new instructors and ensure all personnel possess the required technical experience with water purification systems. Position located at JEB FT Story, VA, requiring a high school diploma, GED, and five years of technical experience in Army water systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of five (5) years technical experience working with Army water production and distribution systems
- demonstrated relevant work experience training Army water systems, such as: the 3000 Gallon per Hour Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Unit (3K ROWPU), Tactical Water Distribution System (TWDS), and Water Storage and Distribution System (WSDS), Tactical Water Purification Systems (TWPS), and Lightweight Purifier (LWP)
- background experience with the deployment, setup, operation, tear down, and recovery of water purification systems
- capable of maintaining systems at 10 level/operator level maintenance per AR 750-1
