Job Summary
Inspect and clean water storage vessels, including tank chlorinations, while installing and servicing Thermostatic Mixing Valves. Conduct routine monitoring tasks per HSG 274 Part 2, flushing outlets, monitoring temperatures, descaling showerheads, and performing sampling for closed water systems. Manage workload using the SimPRO system and apply detailed knowledge of HSE's ACoP L8 and HSG274 to maintain compliance. Requires a full UK driving licence, Legionella Awareness Training, and relevant industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training
- Detailed knowledge of HSE's ACoP L8
- Detailed knowledge of HSG274
- Enhanced DBS check
- BPSS clearance
