Job Summary
Inspect and clean water storage vessels, including leading tank chlorinations, while installing and servicing Thermostatic Mixing Valves. Conduct routine monitoring tasks per HSG 274 Part 2 by flushing outlets, monitoring temperatures, descaling showerheads, flushing pressure vessels, and performing sampling for closed water systems. Manage workload using the SimPRO system and apply detailed knowledge of HSE's ACoP L8 and HSG274 to maintain compliance. Requires a full clean UK driving licence, City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training, and enhanced DBS check.
