As a Mitigation Technician, your role involves high-level performance in water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning. You must focus on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, organized work environment, managing company equipment, and participating in on-call duties as required. Key qualifications include a high school level education, effective communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy loads. You will also assist with warehousing tasks and provide leadership support to team members.
