Job Summary
Leads the estimation process for complex, high-value projects, analyzes architectural and civil blueprints, prepares detailed estimates for large-scale or complex construction projects, collaborates with Sales, Project Management, and Operations on pricing strategies and project execution, develops and refines takeoff/estimation processes, mentors junior estimators, participates in pre-bid meetings and client consultations, conducts cost analysis to support value engineering and project optimization, maintains awareness of industry trends and pricing structures, and ensures compliance with policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 5 years Estimating experience in a manufacturing office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of civil engineering and surveying terminology and practices
- Ability to read, write and speak in English
