Job Summary
Respond to water, fire, storm, and mold losses by performing mitigation, fire cleanup, mold remediation, board-ups, and tarping. Set up and monitor drying equipment while protecting properties from further damage. Document work using company technology and communicate professionally with customers, insurance partners, and teammates. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment, following IICRC standards and safety guidelines. Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and support teammates in a high-performing culture. Earn $21.00–$25.00/hour with a potential $500 sign-on bonus, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid time off. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable with physically demanding work
- Willingness to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Restoration or construction experience
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT)
- Experience with drying equipment and moisture mapping
- OSHA certification
