Respond to water, fire, storm, and mold losses by performing mitigation, fire cleanup, mold remediation, board-ups, and tarping. Set up and monitor drying equipment while protecting properties from further damage. Document work using company technology and communicate professionally with customers, insurance partners, and teammates. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment, following IICRC standards and safety guidelines. Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and support teammates in a high-performing culture.
