Job Summary
Retrieve work orders, load equipment, and arrive at job sites to perform water damage restoration including extraction, pack-out, demolition, and light construction. Monitor active jobs daily, adjust drying plans based on meter readings, and maintain quality control while ensuring proper handling of supplies and reporting malfunctions. Explain processes and next steps to customers using printed guides, resolve issues, obtain signatures for approval, and request payments. Prepare documentation and photos for insurance reimbursement. Requires valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Drivers' License and satisfactory driving record
- Good verbal and written and communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Experience with using mobile software to enter data
- Can read and follow product label usage instructions
- Must be prepared to move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects
- Must be prepared to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be prepared to lift, squat, crawling and crouching
- Must be able to seal respirators to face
- Must have visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities
- Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
- Must be prepared to work in various inside and outside working conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry
- WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician certification
- ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician certification
