Job Summary
On-site restoration technician responding to emergency water and fire damage calls. Perform water extraction, set up drying equipment (air movers and dehumidifiers), fire and smoke cleanup, remove damaged drywall and flooring, monitor drying progress, take photos, and document work while communicating with customers and supervisors. Must have the physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments; valid driver’s license required; occasional on-call emergency hours. Growth opportunities include lead technician, project manager, and estimator. Core hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm with overtime and after-hours rotation; benefits include PTO, health insurance, 401(k).
