Job Summary
Respond to emergency damage calls to restore properties affected by water, fire, and storm damage. Perform water extraction and flood cleanup, set up drying equipment (air movers and dehumidifiers), conduct fire and smoke damage cleanup, remove damaged drywall and flooring, monitor drying progress, document work with photos, and communicate with customers and supervisors. Opportunities for advancement include Lead Technician, Project Manager, and Estimator. Core hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm with after-hours emergency rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Previous water damage restoration experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
- Customer service
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to work occasional on-call emergency hours
