Job Summary
Retrieves work orders, loads equipment, and arrives on-site to perform water damage restoration including extraction, pack-out, demolition, and drying adjustments based on meter readings. Explains processes and next steps to customers using printed guides, resolves issues, and obtains signatures for approval. Prepares documentation and photos for insurance reimbursement while maintaining quality control on each job. Reports equipment malfunctions and handles daily monitoring for residential and commercial clients with urgency. Requires valid driver's license, mobile software proficiency, and ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Drivers' License and satisfactory driving record
- Good verbal and written and communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Experience with using mobile software to enter data
- Can read and follow product label usage instructions
- Must be prepared to move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects
- Must be prepared to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be prepared to lift, squat, crawling and crouching
- Must be able to seal respirators to face
- Must have visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities
- Must be prepared to work in various inside and outside working conditions
- Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
- Reports to work on time in a clean, complete uniform
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry
- WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician certification
- ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician certification
