Job Summary
Sell water treatment products to residential customers; execute Culligan’s sales presentations with full product demonstrations; generate and pursue self-sourced leads and referrals to maintain quotas; respond to customers’ needs, perform water testing and discuss products at a clearly understood level; follow up pre-installation and post-sale; build community presence and set personal performance goals; communicate with Sales Manager on leads and appointments; perform other related duties as assigned; training and advancement opportunities available within Culligan.
Required Qualifications
- Post-Secondary education in Marketing or a related field is an asset
- Prior experience with residential territories
- Previous experience in the water industry or with residential sales is a definite asset
- A versatile self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently with minimum supervision
- Positive attitude, work ethic, strong interpersonal and good written and oral communication skills
- Pleasant, professional, and friendly customer service demeanour is a must
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to your own transportation
- Good work ethic and good attitude is a must
