Water Client Service Manager / Project Manager - Philadelphia

Water Client Service Manager / Project Manager for the Philadelphia market. Leads and manages projects for water and wastewater engineering and consulting services, collaborates with CST and technical leads, drives client relationship growth, and contributes to project delivery and pursuit strategy. Responsibilities include portfolio administration, maintaining utilization targets (60-75%), expanding client relationships, supporting development of growth strategies and business cases aligned with 1-, 3-, and 5-year milestones, securing profitable assignments, and coordinating with SMEs and Delivery leaders. Requires strong communication, proposal support, governance and risk management understanding, and the ability to work in a hybrid Philadelphia office setting. Preferred: MS in civil/environmental engineering and PE licensure in PA; 5+ years in environmental engineering/consulting with marketing/business development experience; ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk with a Seller/Doer mindset.
