Job Summary
Operate high pressure water blasting equipment independently with minimal supervision while identifying potential issues and reporting them to your Group Leader for timely resolution. Stand, walk, push, pull, and bend throughout the shift while holding and operating heavy equipment in hot, damp environments, wearing heavy PPE and climbing stairs as needed. Maintain excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills to contribute to a diverse, inclusive team focused on safety and efficiency. Work as part of a rapidly growing organization providing critical process cleaning and industrial engineering services across North America.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and bend throughout the shift
- Must be able to hold and operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in hot and damp environments
- Must be able to wear heavy PPE
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to push equipment
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be able to identify potential issues and report those to your Group Leader
- Must be able to develop timely solutions to resolve potential issues
