Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas

- 12+ years of civil engineering experience, focused on water and wastewater treatment and facilities engineering
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects for municipalities and public agencies
- Extensive experience in management, supervision, and leadership
