Job Summary
Water and Sewer Utilities Discipline Lead in Tacoma leads growth and delivery of municipal water/sewer utility projects across the Pacific Northwest. You will drive business development for utility engineering, expand the utilities practice, mentor team members, and oversee projects from pursuit through delivery. Collaborate with Psomas leadership and technical teams to ensure projects meet client goals, financial targets, and quality expectations while guiding strategy, client relationships, and talent development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington
- 10+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in water and sewer utilities engineering
- Demonstrated leadership experience with coaching and influencing others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to support business development strategies by securing new project and growth opportunities
