Job Summary
Detail-oriented Watch Services Support Specialist responsible for managing daily shipping/receiving, quality control checks, evaluating incoming watches for repair, and assisting with data entry and customer estimates. Key duties include confirming and opening delivered packages, preparing and shipping completed watches, verifying functionality and completeness of repairs, entering intake data and estimates, and evaluating repair requirements. Requires hands-on knowledge of mechanical and quartz watch movements, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; candidate should be able to support shipping, receiving, estimating, and administrative tasks as part of a cohesive watch-service workflow.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on knowledge of mechanical and quartz watch movements
- College degree preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to multiple roles including shipping, receiving, estimating, and administrative support
