Wastewater/Water Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead wastewater and water treatment system projects, including A & E design, survey, environmental assessment, field services, and pump station management. Provide technical guidance and oversight while leading multidisciplinary teams of mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural sub-teams. Mentor junior staff and build client relationships to drive growth. Manage administrative oversight, workflow tasks, scheduling, and budget adherence to keep projects on scope. Requires a Bachelor's in civil or environmental engineering, 6+ years in aging infrastructure, and a PE license preferred. Located in Youngstown, Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering
- 6+ years of experience working on wastewater pipeline and/or treatment systems in aging/complex infrastructure projects
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- PE License preferred
- Extensive experience in water/wastewater infrastructure assessment, land planning, sustainability, design, and implementation
- Extensive experience developing/overseeing project scope, schedule, and fees for new projects
- Extensive experience adding additional scope/services to an existing project that will still be successful for the client and company
- Proficient understanding of asset management and treatment design hydraulics, inspection, condition assessment, and proper repair/rehabilitation design
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
