Job Summary
Conduct daily operations of wastewater facilities, including regulatory monitoring, chemical transfers, and maintenance tasks. Monitor lift stations and storm ponds while performing laboratory analysis and compiling inspection data. Maintain inventory control for critical spare parts and chemicals, creating maintenance requests and assisting with work scope quotations. Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports, provide training and mentorship to staff, and enforce company health and safety protocols. Requires Level III certification, ability to lift 25 kg, and intermediate mechanical knowledge. Required Qualifications
- Current Level III Wastewater Treatment Operator Certification
- Ability to lift 25 kg (55lb)
- Intermediate to advanced mechanical knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure quickly and efficiently
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Microsoft Office program experience
- Strong independent worker and team player
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to supervise and communicate with staff members
- Positive attitude and able to promote a positive image of AQUATECH
- Training certificates in H2S
- Training certificates in First Aid
- Training certificates in Confined Space
- Training certificates in TDG
- Relocation to Rocky Mountain House
