Wastewater Treatment Engineer

Job Summary
Advise internal and external teams on wastewater treatment issues while providing firm-wide direction and client services. Ensure all processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations by preparing compliance documentation and reports. Lead/manage water/wastewater treatment projects from design through implementation, producing detailed plans, budgets, and schedules. Research/analyze wastewater-related data, trends, and emerging technologies to maintain technical expertise through writing papers and representing the firm in professional societies. Mentor/train junior staff and build/maintain client relationships. Requires a PE license, 10+ years of experience, and a Master's degree in engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 10+ years of water/wastewater processing engineering experience
- PE License
- Strong technical background/experience in wastewater treatment, wastewater modeling, and regulatory compliance
- Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in chemical, civil, mechanical, or environmental engineering preferred
