Job Summary
Operate and control wastewater treatment plant equipment to purify and clarify water for permitted industrial discharge. Maintain complete operational coverage across shifts (Day Shift 0700-1500 with potential additional shifts). Manage pumps, motors, and valves to regulate flow; collect and test wastewater samples; maintain client data records (chemicals residuals, turbidity, water pressure); comply with safety programs; analyze lab data to prevent non-compliance; coordinate with Reckitt/RB Manufacturing and Veolia management; coordinate third-party maintenance; perform preventative maintenance (filters, oil, bearings, temperatures, valves); assist in minor maintenance (pump repairs, piping, valve work); contribute to 24/7 plant operations with 8-hour shifts and occasional weekend coverage via remote login; typical environment includes outdoor plant conditions; standard benefits package; eligibility to work in the U.S. required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, required.
- Willingness to learn and be able take instructions on Wastewater treatment processes
