Wastewater Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage the wastewater and potable system staff, including hiring, training, and development. Oversee the wastewater treatment facility and potable water system to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while maintaining safe working conditions. Monitor all activities, ensure parts and supplies are available, and complete preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment. Compile and submit regulatory reports, maintain required logs, and perform work within established safety guidelines. Travel to remote Agribusiness facilities for meetings and assigned tasks. Requires a high school diploma, 5-7 years of experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience
- Understanding of standard software applications
- Valid State Driver's License
- Able to move freely throughout the G&O Division facilities to include climbing vertical heights (0-150 feet), carrying tools and equipment (0-50 pounds), exposure to extreme temperatures (0-100 degrees Fahrenheit), noise (50-100 db.), humidity (0-100%), and chemicals (MSDS sheets available)
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment to include self-contained breathing apparatus
- Required to travel to remote Agribusiness facilities for meetings and to perform work
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental studies
- State Wastewater Class 5A and 3G Potable Water Treatment license
