Job Summary
Conduct business development by initiating client contacts and preparing project proposals. Prepare detailed technical engineering reports and plans and specifications for municipal wastewater and drinking water projects. Collaborate with Engineers, CAD Technicians, Construction Observers, and survey chiefs during all facets of construction. Attend board or council meetings to manage client relationships. Requires a P.E. license in Iowa or Missouri and 10+ years of environmental engineering design experience. Join a team working with diverse communities on civil, municipal, and environmental projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
- 10+ years of environmental engineering design experience
- Experience in municipal wastewater treatment and drinking water treatment design and construction
- Iowa or Missouri P.E. license

- Master's degree
