Wastewater

Monitor wastewater pretreatment systems, ancillary equipment, and chemical composition of influent, effluent, and internal process streams to ensure operation remains within established guidelines. Respond to unscheduled equipment or process failures and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on belt presses, blowers, pumps, valves, and piping per manufacturer specifications. Collect and analyze raw waste, perform chemical and physical analysis, and maintain operating logbooks and databases. Works a 2nd shift or rotating shift when required. Complies with all Health & Safety requirements and goals while maintaining plant cleanliness and tool control. Advises the HR Manager on equipment status and performs duties supporting other Environmental programs.
