Waste Water Technician

Job Summary
Operate equipment to bale and load waste or other material into trailers; perform daily inspection and maintenance checks of equipment; grease/lubricate equipment and monitor fluids; steer/drive listed equipment at the site; substitute for another operator when needed; clean trash from tracks and gear; communicate via two-way radio with field/office staff; comply with laws, regulations, policies, and safety procedures; assist with general grounds and facility upkeep; participate in safety and branch meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED desired but not required
- Completion of forklift certification
- Ability to obtain Transfer Station/Landfill Operations Certification if needed
- Must be able to read, speak, understand and write English
