Waste Water Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee daily wastewater treatment operations and lead a production-plant wastewater team. Ensure safe, compliant performance and proper management, treatment, and discharge of wastewater per permits. Monitor system performance, perform testing and sampling, and coordinate with internal/external labs. Maintain accurate records and reports; support inspections, audits, and safety initiatives. Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and EHS to maintain uninterrupted plant operations and drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in wastewater operations or industrial plant environments
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience working with production or utility systems in a plant setting
- Basic understanding of environmental regulations and wastewater compliance requirements
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond to operational issues quickly
