Job Summary
Monitor and operate gauges, meters, and control panels while adjusting treatment processes via SCADA systems and remote valves. Extract samples, conduct routine laboratory tests, and document certified results to ensure water compliance with state and federal laws. Maintain plant facilities, clean headwork and tanks, and perform scheduled inspections using logbooks and check sheets. Check chemical residuals onsite and manage analyzer comparisons with hand-held meters. Work independently following established procedures with strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Required Qualifications
- High School graduation or GED equivalent
- Licensed Operators require one year of experience in wastewater testing, operations or closely related experience
- Are interested in building a long-term career in water/wastewater operations
- Can work independently while following established procedures
- Have strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Are comfortable working in a hands-on, operational environment
- Are willing to obtain required certifications and licenses

- All the required licenses and your High School Diploma/GED equivalent must be submitted with your application prior to the posting closing date
