Waste Tracking Coordinator

Job Summary
Provide meticulous administrative support for waste-tracking operations, including reviewing manifests and bills of lading, entering data into tracking databases, preparing regulatory-compliance documentation, generating shipping paperwork, and maintaining organized records and reports. The role supports inbound/outbound material movements, aligns customer records with program objectives, and requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and clear written/spoken English. Responsibilities may include reception duties, file management, safety reporting, and adherence to site safety policies; work environment is office-based with potential overtime. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and wear PPE as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of data entry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to accurately enter data into computer system
- Ability to use computer software to manipulate data for reports and generate and respond to written communications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
