Wasilla - Relationship Manager 1 - Onsite (AK)

Consult with members to identify needs, refer appropriate products/solutions, and follow up on pending transactions. Open and close various deposit and loan accounts (including HELOCs), post deposits/withdrawals/loan payments, perform transfers, and maintain accounts with accuracy to support Credit Union service goals. Profile member accounts to recommend investment services, insurance products, mortgages, and car buying solutions. Build and maintain professional relationships internally and with members, handle confidential information, and demonstrate sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy. Responsibilities include identifying and reporting suspicious behavior or fraud, completing training and compliance modules, and supporting continuous improvement activities and Credit Union events. Strong emphasis on member experience, conversations that matter, and delivering quality service through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and empathy.
