Job Summary
Washhand works with the Hydrovac operator to ensure assigned duties are carried out, operating a pressure washer and shoveling solids, and assisting with rigging equipment up and down with the crew. Responsibilities include adhering to safe work policies, lifting/pushing/pulling/loading with straps and/or chains, assisting the truck driver, maintaining truck and wash unit housekeeping, completing required safety work plans and observations, using hand and power tools, and performing other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 20 years of age for insurance purposes
- Must have valid drivers license
- Ability to understand and follow instructions from truck driver or other company personnel
- Willingness and ability to work in all types of weather and conditions
- Must be physically capable of carrying out duties safely and with no difficulty
- Must be able to work variable schedules/shifts and long hours
- Must be able to work at heights
- Knowledge of/or experience in mechanical maintenance and repair of diesel trucks preferred
- Prior to hire, applicants will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
