Job Summary
Wash and detail vehicles according to dealership standards using proper techniques to avoid damage. Inspect cars for damages and report findings to management. Maintain and organize the wash area and equipment while collaborating with team members for efficient workflow. Provide customer service by addressing concerns and answering questions about the cleaning process. Follow safety protocols to ensure a clean work environment and carry out additional tasks as directed by the Senior Automotive Detailer or Service Manager. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
