Job Summary
Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly report submissions for the RISE project in Tambura while managing the Health budget and expenses according to donor approval. Lead community hygiene promoters through training campaigns, focused group discussions, and distribution of soap and hand-washing facilities. Develop accurate quarterly budget forecasts, procurement plans, and trackers, then liaise with finance to ensure timely payment of incentives and staff training costs. Guide county and project staff in performance evaluations, ensure adequate staffing, and facilitate capacity building in consultation with Human Resources.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in human medicine, Clinical Medicine, Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health or paramedical disciplines
- Demonstrate understanding of the South Sudan's Health system
- Strong working understanding of Primary Health Care, Secondary Health Care and the Boma Health Initiative
- Demonstrated application of Do No Harm, including understanding of intended and unintended consequences of gender equality and social inclusion interventions, and risk mitigation approaches
- Excellent work experience in training facilitation and mentoring government staffs
- Fluency in English language and the local languages spoken
