Job Summary
Process and ring up Wash Dry Fold orders in the POS system, then sort, wash, dry, fold, and hang guest laundry while inspecting items for stains or damages. Maintain a clean, organized work area, manage inventory of supplies, and perform upkeep on all laundry machines. Respond with urgency to customer inquiries and educate guests on services and promotions. Prioritize customer and associate safety while adhering to company policies and dress code. Must be able to lift 20lbs or more consistently. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling across mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights with opportunities for training and advancement.
