Warranty Technician

Respond to warranty service requests in newly constructed commercial properties, diagnosing and repairing post-construction issues while conducting inspections to verify installation quality and compliance. Coordinate with property managers, general contractors, and internal teams to schedule repairs, maintain accurate records of service calls and materials, and provide feedback to reduce recurring warranty problems. Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and warranty policies, representing the company professionally on-site and supporting the controls division when needed. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required.
